OK, so I'm trying a new blog- one that I can hopefully put some short video clips on. I'll figure that out soon, hopefully. Today was a busy day. First of all, it was 10 years ago tonight that Sarah came into this world. I still remember it as one of the most spiritual experiences of my life. Her birthday present was going to "Wicked" last month, but we had cake and ice cream with a few of her friends tonight and tomorrow she will have a stay late.
Also, today Sarah and Joe started 5th and 2nd grades, respectively. I am very happy with the teachers they got this year. Joe's teacher- Mrs. Collins seems so kind and fun. Sarah has Mr. Ratti for the morning and he seems like a great guy, if he isn't a little forgetful. For the second half of each day, I will be homeschooling Sarah. I am so excited for this opportunity.
Caleb starts school tomorrow. He will have a substitute teacher for 2 weeks, as they just added a class and don't have a teacher yet. We did go for kindergarten testing today and he did great. I can tell he is a little nervous, but I keep reassuring him that he is going to be the kid who makes other kids feel good by being their friend. He is very pleased with this possibility and is excited to start.
(Caroline is 6 months old yesterday! She is such a happy little girl!!)

Becky, Thanks for sending your new information! I can't believe how grow-up your kids look on their first day of school. Our boys start next Monday and they are bouncing off the walls and very excited. I am on the computer and email everyday now as I am more involved with Boyd's business. Hope I can keep in touch better. I miss you and have such great memories of time in CO.
I am so glad to read about you guys... I hope all is well and you are very loved!!! I miss you all very much!!
Happy 10th birthday Sarah! Wow! Double digits! How exciting that Caleb is starting kindergarten and Joe is already in 2nd grade! And, Caroline, of course, is a little cutie! Time sure does fly!
Good job on the new blog! I'm more than willing to help answer any questions so you don't have to figure things out like I did!
We sure do enjoy you having a blog so we can keep up with your family while we are so far apart!
Love the new blog!! Now I can actually leave you a comment!! Your kids are so cute and growing up so fast.
I love finding old friends on the internet! How did we survive without it?? So happy to re-make your acquaintance! :)
