2010 Layouts

A few things.

First of all, today I am very glad I didn't combine my 2 blogs. On my scrapping blog, I have my first freebie that is advertised through digi-free and a few other free sites. It's kind of cool how many people from-all-over-the-world have gone to my blog to look and download, but it would definitely freak me out if it was this blog people were going to.

Next. This morning all the children decided to have home lunch. I don't like home lunch. Although I must say it is healthier 90% of the time.

K-K just discovered a love of PB&J. He takes after me. And he was making a sandwich. Notice anything unusual about this sandwich made completely by a 6 yr. old?

If you look (and not even carefully at that), you might notice that the jam is COMPLETELY to the edge of the bread and the peanut butter is as well!!

I notice this because neither of my other children who can make sandwiches even care remotely about this. In fact, a blob in the center will do Doe just fine. In this respect, K-K takes after me, again.

And, one more thing with K-K. We got a Wii for Christmas. Mario Kart is the most popular game at our house. It is so fun! But Doe had the corner on getting characters unlocked for a long time (Now I have all but 1 character unlocked- ha ha!). K-K couldn't seem to do very well in the races. Until one evening he played and played and played. I was in the same room listening to him. This is not even a snippet of what occured that night. It's about 20 seconds long. I think it's so funny! I actually have another one that he is saying "You ruined my paradise! Whoever just shocked me, you ruined my paradise!" Where does a 6 yr. old come up with this stuff?

That's so funny! I don't know where most of the stuff my kids say comes from. Hilarious!

Yeah, I definitely know you made the right decision in doing two different blogs. I sure wouldn't want the whole world knowing what my family and I are up to and seeing pictures of my kids! Good job!

Also, congratulations on so many hits and people downloading your scraps. That's awesome! You've done great with that. That's so cool! Keep 'em coming!

Yeah, my Sessa does that with her pb and j. It makes me laugh!
You know what else is funny, my husband looks just like K-K when he plays MarioKart on our Wii!!!!

I looked at the sandwich and thought? What's wrong with it? That's how I make it too, every inch of bread covered in PB&J... I didn't know there was any other way to make it!!

What a perfect work of art that sandwich is! It reminds me of something my perfectionist husband would make. :)

I love the video! I hate how we have to sneak footage the older they get.
That sandwich is amazing. Seriously. I've seen some kindergarten sandwiches in my lifetime and THAT is a good one.
