Halloween

We have had some great fun this month! Besides all the regular fun of baseball, violin, cub scouts, and everything else, we've done some other fun stuff.

Last weekend my brother Jon and SIL Kim and their family came to visit. We had great fun going to the sheep parade and then to the event center to have yummy dutch oven lamb and other food. (LOVE having them come!!)

In the evening the kids had a big Halloween party. (Thank goodness Kim was here to help me with all the cute food!!)

We carved pumpkins earlier last week:

We had our first snow in our new house:)

Joseph got his arrow of light:

The kids got tons of candy at the ward trunk-or-treat and going around in the neighborhood.

Super fun! I wish I had some idea what "sheep parade" is - sounds novel!

It's actually a parade where they bring the sheep down from the mountain for the winter into the warmer valley. They have a bunch of sheep camps in the parade and then at the end a bunch of sheep come down main street.

The house looks great in all the pics. Doesn't look like snow though. Love Sarah's face with pumpkin guts. Good job Joe. Love the Halloween treats. Would LOVE to spend a holiday with you guys sometime. Maybe we can make one up here in AZ for you to come visit next year. Maybe I'll have a baby and you can come help me out for a bit :)
